The hermitage can be accessed by a cement path with a steep slope. Once at the top, there are some benches around the hermitage from where you can enjoy the views of the reservoir.

From this point in the town of Montamarta, we have magnificent views of the Nuestra Señora del Castillo hermitage over the Ricobayo Reservoir. In case of not coming from the hermitage and we decide to go up, we will find a bench with better views of the reservoir.
