    The Way of the Cross leads from the Ruhr Valley to the summit of the Kreuzberg, a 263 m above sea level. NHN high mountain west of the old town of Arnsberg in the Hochsauerlandkreis, North Rhine-Westphalia. It rises between the Ruhr valley in the east and the Walpketal in the west. To the north it goes over to a hill, also known as the Old Castle or Römberg, on which the Rüdenburg is located. Along the way you always have wonderful views of the old town of Arnsberg with the castle ruins, especially now in autumn.
