Jerez is definitely worth a visit. Many streets and small squares with nice bars and restaurants. You should definitely plan to visit the Cathedral and the Church of San Miguel. Admission 6 € for both together. You get an audio guide that works wonderfully and gives you great information. Unfortunately the tower (March 2020) is currently closed.

Fortress of Moorish origin, a place full of history and insights into the oriental culture. Definitely worth a visit.
