Mountain bike
The Kommandorgarden, built in 1749, is one of the old, rich hereditary estates on the island of Romo and a branch of the Danish National Museum. The name refers to the commanders who were in command of large whaling boats in the 18th and 19th centuries.

The Roman national museum “Kommandörgaarden” is a local museum and is appropriately located in a stately, thatched-roof Kommandörs courtyard. In the barn there is a permanent exhibition about whaling, including whale skeletons. The National Museum Kommandörgarden has a special attraction with its fantastic view over the marshland and conveys a kind of personal satisfaction to its visitors.
