Between Tesperhude and Lauenburg, the western part of the transnational biosphere reserve Elbe river landscape runs along the banks of the Elbe. Wooded, steeply rising Elbe slopes with many incisions and valley valleys characterize the landscape and offer wonderful views of the great river from the beautiful hiking and cycling trails.
Here you can bike along with the MTB. When the wide bench on the Elbe slope is free, you should allow yourself the time for a short rest with a great view. 😉

Mountain bike

A wonderful route, very empty during the week. But I would suspect that it could get crowded here at the weekend - anything else would surprise me.

The highlight are of course the good handful of loungers with a view of the Elbe.
