In 1859 the entrepreneurs Lizowsky and Bullinger founded a factory for packaging paper, so-called “Emballagen”, from the waste products straw, waste paper and rags.
With it, the first Ismaning industrial company is established.
In 1919 the factory became part of the "United Paper Goods Factory" (VP) and was an important local employer for a long time.
