The Protestant parish church was built in 1887/88 by Heinrich v. Schmidt built in neo-Romanesque forms. It is divided into a single nave, a transept with a crossing tower and a choir with an apse. The architect of this church was Freiherr Heinrich von Schmidt from the TH Munich. Because of its massive shape it was nicknamed "Dom des Selztal".
