The Sankt Georgskirche in the southern part of the village rises on the back of the threshold between Brühlbach and Eichenbrunnengraben and dominates the townscape with its slender tower.

Immenhausen has always belonged to the parish of Mähringen. Together with the mother church, the village is reformed in 1534. A chapel dedicated to St. George, built in the late Middle Ages, is first mentioned in 1508. The late Gothic church is located in a former cemetery that is still partially walled.
