In the rustic mountain hay museum between the mountain station of the Jöchelspitzbahn and the Jöchelspitze you can take with you a lot of interesting information about the traditional work of the Lechtal mountain farmers. With the help of the traditional tools and a picture exhibition, you will get an insight into their hard everyday work. The small hut with the wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains is therefore ideal for a short break.

On the way to the Jöchelspize, you can get to know the original work of the Lechtal mountain farmers at the Bergheu Museum. The traditional tools and hard working methods of the Lechtal mountain farmers are presented. The Lechtaler Bergheumuseum can be reached from the mountain station of the Jöchelspitzbahn in the direction of the Jöchelspitzbahn summit in about 30 minutes and is on the botanical nature trail in the direction of Bernhardseck.
