The Rinken Chapel is located on the hiking trail that leads from Oppenau to Allerheiligen across the Klein- and Hochebene. The number 1710 carved into the lintel indicates the year it was built. The family of the farmer Adam Higer and his wife, who came from nearby Langenbach, are believed to have built it. The Rinken was a hereditary fief of the Allerheiligen monastery until 1803. The chapel is of simple construction. The walls are solid and have a small, round, barred window on each side. A bell tower with a weather vane was added later above the tiled roof. The Rinken Chapel is dedicated to the Mother of God and therefore there is a figure of the Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus on the altar.
