The Niederurnen - Morgenholz LNM aerial cableway takes you to the Niederurnertal Valley in nine minutes, climbing 522 vertical meters.

The aerial cableway is in operation year-round with restrictions in very bad weather. The Bähnli is also suitable for bike transport.
For trips outside the official timetable contact the cable car staff.

Directions: The valley station of the cable car is located in the west of Niederurnen at about 480m. Parking spaces and designated parking spaces for PW's are available in the area. The journey is u.a. from Niederurnen Ochsenplatz signposted. Just follow the school and then the Hädilochstrasse up.

The journey is also easily with the Glarnerbus from the station Ziegelbrücke possible. Get off at Ochsenplatz and walk for 10 minutes along the village stream to the cable car station.

The gondola staff is extremely friendly and dedicated, great praise !!!

PS. The way from the morning wood back to Niederurnen is very steep and not very promising ..... so it is worthwhile in any case, to use the operation of the gondola.

PPS .: However, there is a nice "Schlichweg" on the map is only partially drawn and is highly recommended! It is the forest path along the stream. You are constantly accompanied by the splashing and see again and again the beautiful stream. However, the way is a bit more demanding and has some narrower places.
