I Can Hear It consists of two horns (similar to an old gramophone) that face the sea. A woman sits on a bench in front of it and listens. You can sit next to them and listen to the second horn. I can hear it (Dutch: I can hear it) is a work of art in the Belgian seaside resort of Westende. It is a work by the Latvian artist Ivars Drulle from 2012.

Two horns, like old gramophones, listen to the sea. A woman puts her ear to listen to one of them, leaving room for someone who wants to listen to the sea through the other. The execution of the work of art is related to the Art Nouveau style of the nearby Grand Hôtel Bellevue and the time when the coast was still a prestigious leisure zone.

The work may also refer to the 1930s, when, before the invention of radar technology, large horns were used to pick up the sound of approaching aircraft.
The production of the thirteen meter long metal horns was in the hands of machine building company SMO in Eeklo.
The municipality of Middelkerke bought it as part of the Beaufort04, the fourth installment of the triennale Beaufort - art along the Belgian coast.
