The Hohenhörn high bridge spans the Kiel Canal. It is the tallest structure on the four-lane federal highway 23 between the federal highway 7 in Hamburg and the Schleswig-Holstein city of Heide.

It was built between 1984 and 1989 and is located in the municipality of Bornholt in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde and Schafstedt in the district of Dithmarschen.
