Utby is a small village with 205 inhabitants (2008) in Stege Sogn northeast of Stege on Møn and belongs to the municipality Vordingborg.
The village was first mentioned in 1550 (Utbye).
In 1951 the first cooperative of Denmark was founded here.
The village has an older part in the south and a younger one in the north.

Udby is a small village with a good 205 inhabitants (as of 2008) and belongs to the municipality of Vordingborg.

The village is first mentioned in 1550 under the name Udbye and consists of an older part in the south and a younger part in the north. There are two street ponds and a disused dairy to the west.

Significant buildings are the former school (Udby Gl. Skole) in the northernmost part of Udbygade and the smithy across the street. The old forge is very neglected today, but the "Smedeporten" of the retired blacksmith Knud Borch Petersen was the social center of the city for many years. After the death of Knud Borch Petersen in August 2008, however, that era was over.

Udby has two main streets and a number of smaller alleys.
