Jacobsen Trail will take you through jack birch, spruce, and aspen, with a few stretches that run close to the lakeshore and others that dip into shaded woodland. The trail is well-marked, but it can be overgrown, especially during summer, in some sections, though still manageable. It’s a beautiful trail if you’re looking for a quiet walk through the forest with lake views.
