        At 1006.4 m above sea level, the Rainen is the fifth highest mountain in the Swabian Alb. It is located about two kilometers east of Deilingen, in whose area it is also located, and forms a mountain range with the mountains Ortenberg (just below the thousand mark), Montschenloch, Bol and Wandbühl.
