Unfortunately, the manor house did not survive in its original condition and lost its original style. It was thoroughly rebuilt, primarily after the fire in 1936.

From 1902 to 1911, Mr. Tatarzyński was the owner. Due to debt, the manor and park complex was then taken over by the Landowners' Bank in Lublin. Before 1914, a lightning strike destroyed part of the manor house and the barn. After the outbreak of World War I, Russians fleeing the front line removed everything of value from the estate. After the war, the Landowners' Bank in Lublin distributed part of the property to servants and local farmers and leased the manor house to Ludwik Prażamowski. In 1925, the Landowners' Bank sold the property to the Theosophical Society in Warsaw (full name: Universal United Polish Freemasonry). An Agricultural Cultural Center and a guesthouse for society members were established there.

In the early 1990s, the manor and park complex was taken over by the Platerowo Commune Office.
