Because of the stove used downstairs, including the stovepipe that leads out through the door, it's very dusty, and the surfaces are covered with dust, so your sleeping mat might get a bit dirty.
The table outside is good. Pots for fetching water from the nearby stream are also available. There's room for 2-3 tents in the cleared bushes.
