          From Wikipedia: The arcade building (address: Am Kurgarten 8) in the Bavarian state spa Bad Kissingen was built in the years 1834 to 1838 on the west side of the spa garden according to plans by the architect Friedrich von Gärtner from hewn yellow sandstone. It was the first representative spa building in Bad Kissingen. The arcade building is now under monument protection and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-6.

                          The Rossini Hall was built between 1834 and 1838 by Friedrich von Gärtner as the first independent Kursaal. Max Littmann redesigned the wall frames between 1910 and 1913. It was given the name Rossini Hall in 2002 after the renovation was completed.

                          The interior of the Rossini Hall is designed as a flat-roofed pillar basilica with a round apse at the end. It was originally called the conversation hall or Kursaal and was the social center of the spa society. Today it serves as a concert and event hall.

                            In the middle of the arcades is the two-storey Rossini Hall, once the conversation hall and, since the opening of the Regentenbau (1913) until 2002, also known as the "Small Kursaal".
