    It is arguably one of the most famous and oldest vineyards in the world🍇:

    Known as the favorite vineyard of the monks of Eberbach Abbey, who established viticulture in the Rheingau, Steinberg remains the sole property of the Hessian State Wineries Kloster Eberbach.

    Furthermore, with approximately 34 hectares of vineyards, Steinberg is the largest contiguous vineyard holding in the Rheingau.
