that's not really to our taste. We came here because of the wide open spaces and didn't pay attention to the fact that this path only goes through the forest. In places it's very churned up by wild boars and difficult to walk on. And then later on there's a narrow path where you have to be very careful. Unfortunately I overlooked that in my planning

I liked this section of the trail for the most part. The narrow, varied path is part of the "Creation Path" with 8 stations. After all the rain (spring 2024), it is still muddy here and there, but it is still easy to walk. The path leads through the forest, but at the end you come out onto the plateau and there (depending on the choice of further path) you have the wide open spaces and distant views.

A beautiful, narrow path. The dead conifers on either side of the trail have been cut down, looking like a giant game of Mikado. The path is kept clear, making it easy to walk.
