St. John's Church is the town church of Saalfeld in southeast Thuringia. It is one of the most important church buildings in Thuringia. It is the largest hall church in the Free State and stands on a hill above the Saale in the old town of Saalfeld, close to the market square. Its two 64-meter-high towers are visible from afar.
