For the contemplation path, the artist created a 5 m long boat made of Corten steel on which a pair of sculptures is mounted.

Installed on a meadow not far from the path, the boat appears to be stranded on a shoal. The rust on the boat's hull and the seemingly corroded surface of the highly abstract figures mounted on it suggest great age, as if the boat had been lying in this place for a long time. Only a small trickle next to the path reminds us of the water that may have long since retreated and left the boat at this point. Unable to move and somewhat lost in the vastness of the landscape, the boat seems to speak of a long-forgotten history.

Brodwolf writes about his sculpture: “The “pair of figures” does not allow for a clear interpretation and says nothing about age, gender and time. But the couple's attitude expresses people's desire and need for security and safety in protective togetherness..."
