Demanding tightrope walk, which requires absolute sure-footedness and a head for heights. Numerous (partly also extreme) exposed places as well as climbing passages up to the III. Degrees have to be overcome in ascending and descending order. Cairns serve as signposts, but they must first be spotted and the best way to get there.
The ridge walk can be broken off behind the "Agujero" (= hole), a round window made of rock. However, the descent is initially associated with some climbing and requires high concentration. After that, it will be easier and you get in the gravel downhill on increasingly better marked path on the wide trail that also leads from Port de Pollencia to Cala de Boquer.
Sturdy shoes mandatory, sticks here unhelpful, if the best backpack with attachment, take enough water, the sun burns tirelessly and there is no shade!
An altogether exciting and exhausting part of the journey, for which a little more time should be planned, partly because of the sometimes not always easy wayfinding. However, the view up there is so fantastic and breathtaking that it's worth every penny. Just great!
