The via ferrata through the Cimone Couloir is a good addition to the existing Peilstein via ferratas. Climbing takes place in front of an impressive rock backdrop. All 3 climbs can be combined and are particularly suitable for via ferrata beginners. Complete via ferrata equipment is obligatory. The helmet should be worn throughout the climbing area due to the risk of falling rocks. A safety rope is recommended for beginners and children.

The entrance is in the immediate vicinity of the prominent rock needle Cimone Couloir. The first climb turns right through a steep wall interspersed with trees (B/C). Then slightly (A) to a short upswing (B) that takes us into the couloir basin. Now keeping right (A) in a loop to the final ridge (A/B).

After the exit, cross the couloir above and continue up along the Felsenweg in the direction of the Peilsteinhaus, past the summit cross.
