The current neo-Gothic church with a tower was built according to the design of the architect Artur Goebel in the years 1897-1901. The church was consecrated in 1921 by the auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Warsaw, Stanisław Gall. During World War II, the church was a grain warehouse. After liberation, the church was restored to its original state.
It is a brick church, on a stone plinth. The neo-Gothic main altar from the 19th century contains an image of Our Lady of Częstochowa, with an image of St. Lawrence on the latch, and sculptures of the bishops St. Stanislaus and St. Adalbert, Angels and God the Father. In the presbytery, attention is drawn to the lime sculpture of St. John of Nepomuk. Side altars: the first - of the Holy Cross, from the 19th century, the second - erected in 1905, dedicated to the Holy Family, with sculptures by Wincenty Bogaczyk.
