Since the hardware store has moved to Noorstraße as Hagebaumarkt after about 80 years, the port area in this area was redesigned.
The historical warehouse was preserved and was even extensively renovated. it is a listed building. Today there are offices in the Siemsen warehouse. The Speicherpassage, in which there are many small shops, was built near the warehouse.
