The Falkenwiese natural bath has existed since 1899 and is one of the oldest surviving bathing establishments in northern Germany. With its wooden dressing rooms and bathing jetties, it lies on the edge of Lübeck's old town, directly on the "Amazonas of the North" - the Wakenitz.

At the instigation of the Fördervereins Naturbad Falkenwiese, the bathing establishment was placed under monument protection in 1997.

During the summer months, an extensive cultural program (theater, music events, poetry readings, summer festivals) is offered here. More information can be found here ...
