High above the St. Gallen Rhine Valley, on the eastern ridge of the Alpstein, stands the Berggasthaus Staubern at 1751 m above sea level. The Staubern stands for innovation and a conscious approach to nature.
The cable car runs every 20 minutes (xx:00 / xx:20 / xx:40) on the hour in high season for groups of 3 or more people. In case of large crowds, it runs continuously (every 8 minutes).
