From the Höllenbachalm this trail leads down to the Thumsee. A narrow, stony and sometimes steep and exposed climb. It does require a certain level of fitness, but it also offers wonderful views of the valley, especially of Lake Thumsee.

To clarify:

- you don't have to be afraid of heights and exposed is a big word for a path on a slope

- writing several tips here only helps with the points account and not with other readers (right, North Hesse...)

- the path is beautiful, the views are great

- if you're good at it, it's also possible to go down on a mountain bike. But then it's really challenging
