The Protestant Church of Our Lady is a Gothic church building. It was built from 1350 to 1385 and was a foundation of Countess Lukarde von Eppenstein and Count Konrad von Trimberg. Through a letter of indulgence from Pope John XXII. from Avignon it became a pilgrimage church.
Starting in 2015, a three-year fundamental renovation of the church was carried out due to the leaning tower and poor wooden construction.
