The Seven Bridges Route in Ezcaray is one of the most beautiful hiking trails in La Rioja. The route follows the course of the stream, crossing it several times on small wooden bridges.

In some places there are detours that come out of the ravine. You must always follow the path along the bank of the stream. At the last wooden bridge, number seven, the PR gallons leave the main path and turn left onto a path that climbs the slope of the forest. The paint marks are not good and in this section you have to be careful, especially when there is snow. The reference point is a crossroads with a post indicating Solana Usaya to the left and Altuzarra to the right, which is the direction that the route follows.
