Villa Bellati is a historic mansion from the early 18th century surrounded by vineyards in a dominant position over the town of Premaor. It was built by the rich Venetian merchant Giacomo Vanello, succeeding several families over the centuries. In fact, the Paduan Ferretti took over from the Vanellos, followed by the Gera, originally from Comelico, then the Bellati from Feltre, whose name it still retains. With the new millennium it became the property of the Gregoletto family, of the homonymous wine cellars. In the mid-1900s, the painter Valerio Bellati stayed here and transformed it into an atelier. The central rectangular building features a fresco with the Vanello family crest and a sundial that shows a rare example of an hourly reading with three overlapping quadrants with French, Babylonian and Italic hours. The beautiful courtyard is surrounded by stables, while the southern side is closed by a barn with a covered well. Next to the main entrance, where two centuries-old mulberry trees dominate, there is a private chapel dedicated to the Immaculate Conception. An integral part of the property, it was built by the Vanellos themselves, guaranteeing public access to religious services. Between 2008 and 2010 it underwent a profound restoration. The building has a graceful bell gable.
