The palace in Przyszowice was built by the von Raczek family in the years 1890-95. The Raczek family owned the village from the beginning of the 19th century until the beginning of the 20th century, when the palace passed into the hands of the von Korn family. After nationalization, carried out after World War II, the renovated facility was handed over to the "Promień" Production Cooperative. In the 1990s, the palace in Przyszowice became the property of the Gierałtowice commune. Currently, there are several institutions here: a medical clinic, a kindergarten, and a library. In part of the building there is also an exhibition on the history of the palace and the von Raczek family related to the town. The eclectic, plastered brick building was erected on a plan similar to a rectangle. The residence has two storeys and is covered with a high, hipped roof. Two towers have been partially fused into the body of the building.
The 8.4 ha park next to the residence is in good condition.
