The journey to the hut is difficult. From our campsite (Neubauer in Dellach) it is only 9 km uphill to the hut. From the tollbooth it is 4.6 km to the Lammersdorfer Hütte. Average incline 15%. That drains the driver and the battery. Tip: Only start with a fully charged battery. My battery was missing 25% at startup. That paid off. Had to push the last 400m. But still done. The hut is great. Cheese dumpling soup and an ice-cold, naturally cloudy shandy. A real dream. Would do the tour again and again. But only with a full battery.😉👍
