    The St. Martini Church in the East Westphalian town of Minden is a church building that is centrally located in the old town of Minden on the edge of the upper old town terrace and is therefore a defining feature of the cityscape of the city of Minden. It belonged to the St. Martini monastery, which was only dissolved in 1810.

    The church was founded shortly before 1029 and is built in Romanesque and Gothic style. In 1530, the church became Evangelical Lutheran during the Reformation. Here, Nikolaus Krage read out the Protestant church order he had written, making it the first in Westphalia. The church building was entered into the city of Minden's list of monuments.
