Ulvend is a Limburg hamlet that belongs to both Belgium and the Netherlands. The settlement has long been part of two villages: Sint-Martens-Voeren (Voeren, Belgium) and Noorbeek (Eijsden-Margraten, Netherlands).

On the Dutch side of the border are Vroelen and Noorbeek to the northwest of Ulvend and Schilberg and Hoogcruts to the northeast. On the Belgian side are Sint-Martens-Voeren to the southwest and De Plank to the southeast.
