The bakery here has been around since 1652. In 1988, the "Wednesday snail" (Onsdagssneglen) was invented there. A huge piece of cake (enough for 2) for a small price. Since then there has been a piece of baked goods on offer every day - and the big snail continues on Wednesdays.
