In the small private coffee roastery in the Saale-Unstruttal, the coffee is still helped by the traditional drum roasting to its best flavor. And the cool thing is: you can look over the shoulders of the roast master at work and enjoy a piece of home-baked cake and, of course, a cup of coffee. If there is still room in the jersey pocket, you should definitely take a pack of freshly roasted coffee home.
