On this section you have a wonderful view of the Seege river, which meanders through the landscape here before flowing a little further into the Elbe.

A great photo opportunity and with a bit of luck you can spot rare bird species here. I have here e.g. you can already observe black storks and a black kite, and you can often see cranes, white storks, red kites, gray and great egrets, buzzards and, with a little luck, the sea eagle.

It is also wonderful here in the morning hours before sunrise, especially in summer the lake and the surrounding landscape are often covered by a wonderful "foggy carpet". A really wonderful area for cycling and hiking.
