      Loch Lomond Shores is a stunning visitor destination on the edge of Loch Lomond in Balloch. Only 25 minutes from Glasgow, it's home to beautiful shops, restaurants, the Loch Lomond SEA LIFE Aquarium, water activities, nature walks and events all year round. Offering unrivalled views of Loch Lomond, Loch Lomond Shores is a great place to visit.

      Whether you're looking for big brand names or unique one-off shops, there are a variety of shops to suit all tastes. Jenners, a House of Fraser department store, offers designer fashion brands, beauty, home accessories and the unmissable Valvona & Crolla food hall that offers the very best Scottish products, including smoked salmon and malt whisky. There are also smaller boutique shops that sell a variety of goods and well-known brands.

      With numerous places to eat, many with spectacular loch views, rest and enjoy the local fayre. For those that want to experience Loch Lomond and the beautiful countryside surrounding it, bike, pedal boat, segway and canoe hire services are available on the beach. Or for the more adventurous you can hire your own motor boat and visit the many islands on the loch.
