Elevators, the forerunners of today's assembly lines, transported the crushed grain. The capacity of this plant was several times higher than that of the old stone grinding, so that the nocturnal rise was eliminated, nachzuschütten grain in the hopper.

The grinder is still in millable condition. There is also a Quetschstuhl for oats and a shred for feed grain, which are still used today.

The bridge mill is a listed building.
