+++ At the entrance there is a large covered area with lots of seating (ideal for groups: clubs, classes that go on an excursion and, in my opinion, it's also suitable for barbecuing - because it's big enough.
- Ducks seem to be native all year round. Information boards are set up around the lake and provide a lot of information about flora and fauna here.
+++ I recommend you to go from there over the dyke directly to the sea.
+++ - Holiday resort "Pütten" (butjadingen.de/erleben-discoveren/poi/seenlandschaft-puetten-tossens) with 48 building sites is being created, the future owners only have to cross the dike once and are already on the Wadden Sea.
