The Kilmodan Sculptured Stones are nine late-medieval West Highland carved grave slabs and one post-Reformation grave slab from 1636. The stones, now housed in Kilmodan churchyard, originally come from the graveyard surrounding St Modan’s Church, in Clachan of Glendaruel.

We visited these interesting gravestones! There is a 🚻 in the primary school and a free one 🅿️ in front of the cemetery. There is also a sign there recommending a circular hike that also leads past a cairn and an "ancient village". The route cannot be found in Komoot (yet), but it can be found in Outdooractive😉. So I am leaving this information for interested hikers.
