Spidean Mialach is a wonderful Munro that, along with the higher Gleouraich, forms a corrie bitten and steep massif that runs from the western end of Loch Loyne to the eastern end of Loch Quoich. It’s a remote feeling mountain, accessed by a stunning road that runs from Loch Garry to its termination at Kinloch Hourn. If you can’t find accommodation nearby, Invergarry or the legendary Cluanie Inn are your best bets.

Spidean Mialach is a 3,268-foot (996 m) Munro in the Scottish Highlands. It's commonly climbed alongside Gleouraich from the shores of Loch Quoich. The summit is marked by a wind shelter.

While the rest of the walk is on solid grassy ground and even good quality stalker trails, the way up (or down) can be surprisingly boggy.... The views are gorgeous though and you may want to plan in a bit of time to savour them.
