      The Lüneburg Water Tower was built between 1905 and 1907 in the southeast of Lüneburg's Old Town. The former water tower now serves as a lookout tower.       The 56 m high [1] high tower, which today is the tallest non-church building in the city center, consists of an 18-meter-high pedestal with a square layout and a cylindrical structure.
