There is nothing better than to look back from the vantage point at the end of the tour on the Tourverklauf again: from the Bülowshöhe you overlook Thale. The lookout cliff that branches off from the Presidential Way has its name from the head forestry master "von Bülow", who made the paths around the Rosstrappe accessible to hikers.
The Bülowshöhe is a cliff in the Harz at Thale in Saxony-Anhalt.
The Harzklippe is situated on the Presidential Trail leading from the Berghotel Rosstrappe into the valley to Thale, just below the Rosstrappen Hotel. From the presidential way, a staircase secured by handrails leads to the cliff cockpit. The cliff is designed as a lookout point. In addition to a security with railings here is a bench and a weather vane. The weathervane bears the coat of arms of Thales and the inscription Thale 1993. From the Bülowshöhe there is a good view of the Bodetal and the city of Thale.
