High up on the Löschemer Berg is the Löschemer chapel. A first chapel stood here already 300 years ago, but at the beginning of the 19th century it was dilapidated and partially dilapidated. Since the citizens of Wasserliesch received no subsidy to rebuild the chapel, they collected donations and build in 1846 independently the still existing chapel. The chapel is always freely accessible.
From the chapel you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mosel valley.
