Legend of Ruin Kallenberg: While one of the Knights of Kallenberg was on a cruise, his daughter fell in love with the neat miners of the nearby Bronner mill. When the returned Kallenberger heard this, he burned with anger and expelled his daughter. The next day the noble lady was found drowned in the rake of the mill. The Kallenberger became gloomy and lived from then on withdrawn. It is said that one can see him wandering around the ruins at night as a black figure. His daughter is said to be a good fairy in a white, waving robe in the valley to drive off the fog for lonely hikers.
