3006 meter high mountain. Unfortunately, I can't say much about the view, because we were a bit unlucky with the weather.

The route from the north side is steeper, requires more sure-footedness and you often have to use your hands to help. It is therefore better to make the ascent from the north and the descent to the south.

Only walk in good weather and free from vertigo.

    Great view!
And wonderful to take a longer break

The ascent to the 3,004 meter high, prominent rock head is only recommended for experienced, sure-footed and vertigo-free hikers. The panorama with the Ortler group in the south, the Ötztal peaks in the east and the Zugspitze in the north is phenomenal.

From the Furglerjoch (ascent north side) it gets tricky; very steep, very rocky. You should be free from giddiness by then. But the view compensates for all the hardships beforehand!
